What this site is
An informational publication about ownership, capital and governance in gaming and esports. It is not legal, financial, investment or betting advice, and it is not a consumer reporting agency. Nothing published here should be read as an allegation that a person has committed an offence unless a claim is explicitly labelled as an allegation with an attributable source.
Accuracy and revision
Dossiers state an as-of date and a revision. We correct errors by publishing a new revision; earlier revisions remain part of the record. Demonstrations records are labelled and contain fictional entities.
Attribution and reuse
Text, structure and evidence registers are © eDossier unless stated otherwise. You may quote with attribution and a link to the specific claim or dossier. Do not republish complete dossiers, or mirror them behind a paywall, without written permission. Source documents remain the property of their publishers and are referenced, not relicensed.
Acceptable use
- No automated scraping at a rate that degrades the service; identify yourself and ask first.
- No attempt to access non-public areas, including research staging, review queues or admin surfaces.
- No use of the site to harass, dox or defame any person, or to infer private information about individuals.
- No misrepresentation of a demonstration record as reporting.

Availability and liability
The site is provided “as is”, without warranty of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, with disputes subject to the competent courts there — pending counsel review of the operator's establishment and of any mandatory consumer protections in a reader's own jurisdiction.
